Job Summary
Coordinate day-to-day client activities for assigned property/facility while overseeing and ensuring high-level execution of all integrated facilities management (IFM) associated services.
Manage building maintenance including preventive, corrective and predictive, contract services, budget planning and control, third party vendor management, and landlord relationships.
Contribute to JLL's business objectives by ensuring portfolio operates consistently with Regional programs and company/client policies, resolving complex risks, and acting as a point of contact for client audits.

Key Requirements
5+ years Facilities Management experience
