Job Summary

• Serve as an active member and participant on the Country TA Field Medical Affairs Leadership Team to ensure alignment and optimization of strategy and execution across all Country TA Field Medical Affairs Teams.
• Hold responsibility for establishing a standardized operating model and capturing/instilling best practices across TAs to ensure Field Medical execution excellence.
• The salary range for this role is $210,400.00 - $331,100.00, with eligibility for annual bonus and long-term incentive, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
