Must-have
Mechanical or Production Engineering qualification
Hands-on product development experience
Proficiency with Creo 3D CAD software
Deep knowledge of plastics and polymers
Injection moulding process expertise
Nice-to-have
Experience designing plumbing or irrigation products
Background in building or construction products
Experience with brass component design
Strong stakeholder communication skills

Key Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Mechanical or Production Engineering
