Job Summary

  • This position will direct report to the Community Engagement and Support Faculty Lead and provide routine communications on status of deliverables.
  • The SOAR Manager will work with SOAR Investigators and Team members as well as community stakeholders across a wide range of sectors involved in mental health and substance abuse.
  • Responsibilities include supervision for support (and diagnostic) interview staff, oversight of study participant interview schedules, completion rates and goals.

Key Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling or education
  • Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor-Clinical Supervisor (LICDC-CS), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) required
  • Supervision designation required
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with patients/participants with mental illness and/or substance use disorders
