Job Summary
This position will direct report to the Community Engagement and Support Faculty Lead and provide routine communications on status of deliverables.
The SOAR Manager will work with SOAR Investigators and Team members as well as community stakeholders across a wide range of sectors involved in mental health and substance abuse.
Responsibilities include supervision for support (and diagnostic) interview staff, oversight of study participant interview schedules, completion rates and goals.

Key Requirements
Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling or education
Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor-Clinical Supervisor (LICDC-CS), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) required
Supervision designation required
5 years of relevant experience
Minimum of two years of experience working with patients/participants with mental illness and/or substance use disorders
