Responsible for product characterization, yield improvement, reliability assurance, and continuous performance optimization from new product introduction (NPI) through mass production.
Act as the technical bridge between design, test, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure seamless and robust product release, with a focus on manufacturability, reliability, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Packaging, FA, Reliability, and Test Engineering) for new product releases and ongoing improvements.
