Job Summary
The Market Development Manager is the key contact point of retail sellers and farmers to create demand for WinField United Proprietary Brands, and other strategically important initiatives in partnership with our vended suppliers.
This position will also be responsible for providing agronomic training and technical support, leveraging local insights and expertise to support retail sellers and growers.
The individual will allocate 75% of their work hours to customer-facing activities, with the remaining 25% dedicated to supporting Field Trial Initiatives, Answer Plot and Technical Marketing support.

Daily travel, extended hours and overnight travel required
