Provide leadership to the Arkansas 4-H Civic Engagement and Leadership program statewide, including curriculum development, event coordination, and training.
Develop new and nurture existing partnerships with research faculty and extension personnel to disseminate 4-H project materials to youth.
Engage in professional development to support personal growth and develop or strengthen professional skills.
