Job Summary
Supervises and coordinates activities of stand workers in the VIP Area, overseeing stand set-up, closing procedures, and inventory management.
Ensures that all work stations remain clean and sufficiently stocked, orders replacement stock, and completes required paperwork efficiently.
Manages staff to ensure food preparation meets guidelines set by Legends and the board of health, and is knowledgeable of all positions to fill in if needed.
