The Aquatic & Park Service Lead is responsible for providing a safe recreational environment by ensuring guests follow water park policies and responding to emergencies.
This role involves overseeing a team of approximately 30+ lifeguards, enforcing established rules, and maintaining a professional demeanor while managing staff performance.
The position requires acting as the first management responder for all aquatics-related guest concerns and serving as a first responder to jump in the water to keep guests safe.

Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
Leadership experience with team-oriented approach

Experience in swim lesson programming
Key Requirements
Must be 16 years of age or older
Current Ellis & Associates lifeguard certification preferred
Ability to perform specific swimming rescue drills
Working towards High School Diploma or GED preferred
Two years of experience in aquatics operation preferred
