Job Summary
As a Senior/Staff Process Integration Engineer, you will be the critical link between R&D and mass production, translating complex device designs into stable, manufacturable process flows on InP and GaAs platforms.
You will serve as the primary technical interface for Taiwan-based foundries, managing technology development cycles and transitions from pilot runs to mass production.
The role requires ownership of yield enhancement projects, implementation of quality control protocols, and frequent travel to provide on-site support at foundries and contract manufacturers.

Key Requirements
8+ years compound semiconductor process experience
Deep understanding of laser and photodetector fabrication
Proficiency in SPC and JMP software
Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field
