Job Summary

• The Facilities Management and Services Worker III is responsible for performing skilled maintenance and repair work for parking lots and parking facilities, including crack sealing, seal coating, striping, and other surface repair activities.
• This position works under the direction of the Maintenance Manager and in coordination with the Equipment Technician to ensure parking assets are maintained to a high standard.
