  • As a Member Portfolio Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in helping AustralianSuper deliver meaningful change for members by supporting portfolio planning, prioritisation and delivery across the Member Domain.
  • Key responsibilities include supporting Member Portfolio Planning activities, including backlog management, triage and prioritisation, and managing the domain backlog, engagement hub and front-door processes.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years general Business Analysis experience
  • Superannuation operations experience
  • Business analysis in superannuation or financial services
  • Portfolio, initiative, and change management practices
  • Eliciting, analysing, and documenting requirements
  • Engaging, influencing, and managing senior stakeholders
  • Supporting discovery, business cases, and benefits realisation
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work across multiple initiatives
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or formal training in Business Analysis
