Job Summary
The Wellfield Technician is responsible for the overall safe operation, maintenance, and performance of a landfill gas wellfield.
Key accountabilities include operating the wellfield efficiently, maintaining daily logs, and performing landfill tuning duties to maximize gas quantity and quality.
This position offers a base pay of $22 - $26/hour, paid vacation, 9 paid holidays, 2 personal choice holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package including a bonus program and 401K.

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Intermediate Electrical, Chemical and Mechanical experience
1-3 years in landfill gas processing, chemical plant operations, industrial gas operations, or power plant operations
Understanding of process control systems
Knowledge of basic math, gas chemistry, piping and instrumentation drawings
Ability to read blueprints and follow procedures
Proficient using computers (MS Word, Excel, email)
Valid driver’s license
Pass background check, physical, hearing and DOT drug test
