Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the facility to ensure all resident assessments are completed per guidelines.
This role involves tracking and monitoring the effective utilization of PDPM tools including Physician Diagnosis Verification and Weekly CSR.
The incumbent must ensure accurate and timely completion of all MDS Assessments including PPS Medicare, quarterly, annual, and significant change evaluations.

Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
3 years of supervisory experience preferred
Long Term Care Experience preferred
Must be in good standing with State Board of Nursing
