Job Summary

  • As the Human Resource Generalist, you will interface with the Environmental Business Unit (EBU) Human Resource team and other members of the EBU Operations team, working closely to assist with recruitment, onboarding, affirmative action, orientation, benefits administration, performance review tracking, and other compliance-related activities for the Environmental Business Unit.
  • You will coordinate responsibilities with multiple companies and staff to provide direct, high-level HR support, and staffing needs for the EBU.
  • Calista Brice is owned by Calista Corporation, an Alaska Native Corporation (ANC) established under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act of 1971.
