Job Summary

  • You will report directly to the Managing QS and you will be expected to take responsibility for several key accounts on a large project or the overall financial control of smaller projects.
  • Key responsibilities will include applications, valuations / cost value reconciliation, cost control and forecasting, and supply chain management.
  • You will also be responsible for contract management, preparing subcontract enquiries, and ongoing liaison with site teams, subcontractors, and clients' representatives.
