Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Quality Management or related field
  • Professional certifications in Quality, UX, Systems Design, Project or Change Management
  • Minimum 3 years experience in service/process design or quality performance measurement
  • Experience with Power BI and KPI development
  • Knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations and QMS frameworks
  • Legal ability to work in Canada
