Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Project management in industrial environment
  • Construction budget development and monitoring
  • Subcontractor and vendor management
  • OSHA, ISO, NFPA, ANSI, ADA compliance knowledge
  • Site inspections and quality assurance

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of FAA, EASA, and ICAO standards
  • Experience with A220 and A320 production lines
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced aviation setting

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 7+ years of project management experience
  • 5+ years managing budgets under external/internal demands
  • 5+ years managing subcontractors in production/industrial settings
  • Authorized to work in the US (citizenship required)
