Must-have
Electrical/control systems expertise
PLC programming Siemens/Allen Bradley
Robot/CNC Fanuc/Siemens
3rd shift availability
Troubleshooting and diagnosis
Project management autonomy
Manufacturing environment experience
Nice-to-have
Coaching and mentoring skills
Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
Knowledge of high voltage power distribution
Strong work ethic and initiative
Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings
Continuous improvement mindset
Effective communication with stakeholders
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years electrical/control systems experience
Ability to work 3rd shifts and weekends
Experience with Ethernet and DeviceNet networks
Knowledge of servo motors and motion control
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
