Job Summary

You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, participate in quality assurance programs, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
This role requires active participation in staff development, safety and sanitation programs, and effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare personnel.

Key Requirements
