The Regional Asset Protection Manager is responsible for the execution of all Asset Protection and Safety initiatives within Supply Chain for a geographic area, driving shrink mitigation, accuracy, safety, regulatory compliance, and physical security standards.
This role involves leading, coaching, and developing Asset Protection field teams to ensure comprehensive support for all Asset Protection, Safety, Physical Security, and regulatory compliance requirements within Supply Chain buildings.
Key responsibilities include people leadership (40%), strategy and planning (30%), and delivery and execution (30%), with a requirement for overnight travel more than 50% of the time.
