Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Histology bench work
Laboratory improvement projects
Create SOPs for cytology and histology
Review and resolve laboratory audit reports
Conduct laboratory compliance inspections
Training staff on LabCorp information systems
Nice-to-have
Experience with immunohistochemistry
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in teams
Familiarity with laboratory SOPs and safety protocols
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, Visio and PowerPoint
