Contribute to the evolution and automation of KPIs for Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics; analyze performance data and support reviews and action plan follow‑up.
Participate in process reviews, support Lean / Operational Excellence initiatives, and ensure documentation updates, including preparing materials for audits.
Analyze and consolidate Extra‑Costs generated within industrial activities to support operational decision‑making.
