Job Summary
The EHS & Compliance Lead is a site–facing leadership role responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) management systems, compliance programs, and operational risk controls across the manufacturing site.
The role also collaborates broadly across functions—Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, HR and external partners—to embed EHS into all site processes and ensure regulatory and corporate compliance.
This role is a key contributor to the site's talent pipeline, offering future growth into roles in EHS, Engineering or Operations within Haleon.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, or Occupational Safety
2–5 years of experience in EHS roles
Experience in risk assessments, incident investigations, compliance programs and audits
Strong communication, leadership, teamwork and decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency and organization
