Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for recording vital signs, assisting with personal care, and reporting any changes in resident condition promptly.
The role requires maintaining the confidentiality of all resident information while ensuring a calm environment and assisting with tasks such as feeding, bathing, and transporting residents.
