Job Summary

  • The Production Supervisor leads the daily work flow on his/her respective manufacturing cell, oversees the production process, achieves quality and production objectives, and ensures compliance with Quality System requirements and International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
  • Ensures on time delivery by effectively managing throughput, productivity, and staffing level, and provides employees with the training and tools needed improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Builds productive working relationships with internal and external partners and supports new product introduction activities as needed.
