Job Summary

• Your role is crucial in maintaining accurate financial records, assist with budgets and forecasts including variance commentary, and working as a trusted business partner with the Property Managers and clients for your assigned portfolio.
• Deliver comprehensive financial reports for a diverse portfolio of assets, including month-end reporting with variance commentary to budget.

Key Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of experience in financial reporting, budget and forecasting
• Achievement or studying towards professional qualifications (CA / CPA) will be highly regarded
• Prior Commercial and/or Retail Property accounting experience will be an added advantage
• Experience using MRI or other asset management software will be preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• High level time management and ability to prioritise tasks
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously
