  • The manager will work directly with factory direct customers to support quoting, order entry, and general service needs while enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • This role requires adherence to strict safety, environmental, security, and FDA regulations alongside Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO certification requirements.
