Job Summary
Lead direct material sourcing and end-to-end material fulfilment mainly for aerospace operations, with additional responsibility for select non-aviation supply categories, owning sourcing strategy, supplier selection, negotiations, and supply continuity to secure best cost, quality, and on-time delivery.
Partner with Engineering, Operations, Materials, and Quality to align sourcing and fulfilment decisions with aerospace safety, regulatory, and performance requirements.
Develop and mentor a high-performing sourcing and fulfilment team, enhancing capabilities in planning, inventory management, and supplier relationship management.
