This role manages the complete purchase-order lifecycle for clinical-trial suppliers to ensure strict adherence to company procurement and clinical trial requirements.
The incumbent is responsible for coordinating with Clinical Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Suppliers to maintain accurate PO documentation and audit readiness.
Key duties include monitoring supplier delivery against milestones, managing invoice approvals, and escalating risks to ensure timely study execution and budget control.
