The Director will own the internal management of partnerships and growth initiatives, including closely collaborating with leaders and their teams in Strategy, Managed Care, Marketing, Ventures, and clinical operations amongst others.
Lead internal implementation of new enterprise-level growth initiatives and key external partnerships, ensuring they are mutually successful from end-to-end.
Establish processes to monitor and track results, including partnering with internal organizations such as Finance, Analytics, and IT to ensure accurate data collection and reporting across key performance indicators.
