Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 10-15 years MEP design experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Conduct formal peer reviews of MEP designs
  • Develop standardized MEP design standards
  • Manage VRF HVAC and rooftop solar systems
  • Provide technical training to architects and engineers

Nice-to-have

  • Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
  • Experience with sustainable building design
  • Ability to analyze facilities work order trends
  • Willingness to travel 5-10 times annually

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 10-15+ years progressive experience in MEP design
  • PE license in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)
  • Authorized to work in US without sponsorship
