Job Summary

  • Partner closely with the People & Experience leadership team, including direct support to the Chief People Officer, to deliver accurate, timely workforce and remuneration insights.
  • Own and administer key SAP SuccessFactors modules, acting as the functional SME and primary support contact for configuration, upgrades, testing, and enhancements.
  • Deliver enterprise workforce, remuneration, and diversity reporting, translating data into clear insights, scenarios, and recommendations to enable better business outcomes.
