Salary
Base: $121,000-$158,000; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary performance-based bonus and stock awards; Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare, disability, retirement, paid holidays, and wellness programs

Key Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of experience in clinical operations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
