The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
Employees must ensure correct resident information when assisting with activities of daily living and promptly report all changes in condition to the Health and Wellness Director.
The role requires maintaining confidentiality of all resident care information and immediately reporting any suspected violations or unauthorized disclosures.
