Employees must ensure resident safety by frequently checking those unable to call for help, reporting all changes in condition immediately, and observing for pressure areas to prevent bedsores.
The role requires maintaining a calm environment while assisting residents with personal care, dining, mobility, and preparing them for medical tests or examinations.
