Job Summary

  • Lead and control the manufacturing process of the plant according to corporate and regulatory guidelines to ensure demand fulfillment, controlling and optimizing production costs and inventories.
  • Ensure the planning, programming, and execution of the production program according to the company's needs and finished product inventories, verifying compliance with specifications and manufacturing standards.
  • Respond for the development of training and development of Manufacturing personnel, participating in the definition of the Annual Training Plan to ensure constant updating of personnel in operating procedures.
