Vendor and contractor management

Experience with building automation systems
Knowledge of hazardous location construction
Familiarity with work order systems
Key Requirements
Technical degree in HVAC or Electrical
7+ years construction management or project engineering
PMP certification preferred
HVAC, Electrical or Master Gas license preferred
Universal Technician Certification for CFCs or ability to obtain
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
