Job Summary
The Per Diem / Floater Recovery Coach (RC) is an essential, non-clinical member of the care team who will provide peer recovery support services to participants with substance use disorders (SUD).
This position is designed to support coverage needs related to vacancies, leaves, or surges in demand.
The RC assists participants in achieving and sustaining recovery, facilitates access to recovery-oriented systems of care, and bridges across fragmented treatment systems into a more holistic care model.
