Job Summary
The Planning Superintendent is responsible for establishing and sustaining a robust maintenance planning, shutdown planning, failure analysis, and maintenance performance reporting infrastructure at Ngodwana Mill.
This role supports the mill’s journey toward becoming a World Class Business by coordinating shutdown schedules, improving preventative maintenance plans, and providing accurate performance reports.
The position includes coaching users on SAP PM best practices and building motivated, competent teams while supporting multidisciplinary teams.
