Job Summary
Leads the continuous evaluation and evolution of HR Systems including but not limited to creation, update and deletion (HRIS, HRMS, Kudos, Workday, APAC).
Partner with the business leaders, managers, stakeholders and providers to develop, initiate possible technology solutions to further streamline and automate HR processes.
Ensures compliance with data privacy guidelines and identify any issues that may arise.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
HRIS data management in Workday
HR systems support and administration
Continuous improvement of data management
Develop standard and adhoc reports
Administer 201 files and HR documents
Manage RT system for Compensation and Benefits

Key Requirements
More than 5 years as HR Data System administrator
Graduate of BS Accounting, BS Computer Science, BS Psychology, or any Science or Business course
Familiarity with legal aspects of Human Resource Management
