Job Summary

  • Monitor and make recommendations to improve Airbus regional fleet performance to allow safe, reliable, economical operations at highest customer satisfaction for each Airbus programs in North America while mitigating financial exposure to Airbus.
  • Prepare and support new program Entry Into Service (EIS) with a close link to the Central programs, as a cross-functional in Airbus Americas customer service.

Key Requirements

  • Over 10 Years experienced in Customer Services/airline maintenance & engineering
  • Knowledge of FAA/EASA Regulation
  • Strong experience in technical service/support and flight ops
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
