Job Summary

  • The Business Process Reengineering (BPR) initiative represents a major, long-term strategic investment aimed at driving a sustainable competitive advantage through process optimization, innovation, and technology transformation.
  • We are looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager who will help guide Perdue through this transformational change, gain buy-in and alignment from Perdue leaders, and establish a sustainable change strategy for the BPR project.
