  • The HRPP Manager will be responsible for the operational excellence and strategic growth of the human subjects research oversight framework, initially focusing on clearing backlogs and serving as the primary Exempt Reviewer and lead Pre-Reviewer.
  • The role will pivot towards high-level supervision, staff mentorship, and the expansion of the HRPP’s foundational infrastructure, including spearheading the development of SOPs and policies for AAHRPP accreditation readiness.

Salary

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of IRB administration experience
  • Expert knowledge of federal regulations
  • Master's degree or higher
  • Certified IRB Professional (CIP) or CIM
  • 2+ years of lead role experience
  • Experience with electronic IRB systems
