  • Provides mid-level help desk support, troubleshooting and resolving computer, software, and network issues locally and remotely.
  • Monitors and supports the proprietary traffic management software system and associated infrastructure to ensure 24/7 system availability.
  • Maintains and enhances existing Python scripts and automation tools deployed across operations systems; identifies and develops new scripted solutions.

Key Requirements

  • College Degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support
  • CompTIA A+ certification required
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Scripting experience — Python and/or PowerShell
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server and desktop environments
  • Familiarity with Linux systems administration
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-call 24/7/365 as needed
