Job Summary
This role is responsible for supporting daily operations of the IT infrastructure services.
The candidate is expected to perform monitoring, evaluation, capacity planning and design of enterprise, load balanced, fault tolerant, redundant systems utilizing VM Ware and Microsoft and AWS products.
Candidate must have experience and willingness to share 24x7 support responsibilities with other members of the IT team.
