Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering
8–12 years Network Operations experience
3–5 years senior or lead role experience
Financial industry experience preferred
Professional certifications such as CCNP/CCIE
Familiarity with ITIL, NIST CSF, financial risk frameworks
