Key Requirements

  • LCSW and LCADC required
  • Clinical Supervisor Certification required
  • Minimum 2 years post-licensure supervisory/management experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mental health/substance use treatment
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing substance use disorder programs
  • Required experience with NJSAMS reporting systems
  • Experience with program development, budgeting, and billing
  • Strong knowledge of NJ regulatory requirements
