Job Summary

  • This is a multi-functional, client-facing role that combines Subject Matter Expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Translation (MT), and Generative AI with strategic pre-sales support across the GlobalLink suite.
  • You will work closely with prospective and existing clients to gather requirements, identify automation and optimization opportunities, and design AI-powered and GlobalLink-enabled solutions to address complex global content challenges.
  • As a Content Solutions Engineer, you will serve as both the AI/MT expert during pre-sales engagements and a technical advisor and solution consultant for the broader GlobalLink suite of products.
