Job Summary

  • The Specialist will provide administrative program support to the TRIO program in the area of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields.
  • Additional responsibilities include updating and maintaining electronic and paper files for program participants, tracking student progress, and developing and implementing retention strategies.
  • The Specialist will also be responsible for recruiting and interviewing undergraduate and graduate students for Peer Tutor positions and training them for their work.
